100 Tastes of Slovenia

The selection of 100 typical Slovenian foods, dishes and drinks is based on local and regional specialities, most established in each of the 24 gastronomic regions.The dishes represent a recognisable culinary identity of Slovenia, derived mainly from its gastronomic heritage. This also provides an excellent basis for contemporary gastronomic creativity.
